This technology, developed by ABB, features precise control and considerable energy savings.

  • Standard configuration of converter provides various features:

Embedded choke ensures no error is made when ordering a converter and, as a consequence, long-term and reliable operation in poor grids are ensured – Both braking choppers and brake resistors can be integrated to converters (which is the case for devices of limited power range) – Wide range of macros allows to arrange a drive to any application, whilst an embedded programmable logic controller makes it possible to resolve sophisticated tasks – Software configuration assist feature reduces time of commissioning – Standard application software fits well almost all applications

  • Special versions are available for, e.g. marine applications and drilling platforms
